The Montreal Angels Australian Rules football club is looking for new recruits for the 2010 season. If you are looking for a new sport that is aimed at fun and fitness then Aussie Rules is a great place to start. The Montreal Angels train on Wednesdays along with the men's team the Quebec Saints. Players of any skill level are always welcome, the majority of the Angels players are learning the sport for the first time.
The Angels got their 2010 season off to a flying start when they defeated the Toronto Central Blues women's team in the ECAFL Preseason Cup. Currently the team plays intra-club matches on game days of the men's ECAFL league. The ultimante goal is to enter Montreal's first ever team into the Women's nationals tournament this year.
